• Industrial platform is located on the West side of Urziceni city.
• The land has direct access (a opening of approx. 150 m) to DN 2 (E 85) Bucharest - Buzau  and also direct access to Str.Arcului (direct connection with the ring road of the city).
• The land B has direct access to Str.Arcului  (a opening of 55 m), thus having direct connection both with DN 2 (E 85) Bucharest - Buzau, as well as the ring road of the city.
• Industrial platform has an extremely generous opening to DN 2 (E 85), is located at 57.5 kilometers from Bucharest, and approx.15-20 km from the future delimitation of metropolitan area.
• Industrial platform is located at approx.400 m distance from the railway station Urziceni.
• Industrial platform is located near the intersection of national roads leading to Constanta (via Slobozia), Ploiesti and Iasi / Galati / Braila (via Buzau).
• Industrial platform is located at approx.60 km fron Henri Coanda Otopeni International Airport  and about 200 km from the sea port of Constanta.
• Industrial platform is connected to the electricity grid (field A - 4.8 MW, field B - 4.8 MW) and gas, as well as to the city's water and sewage network. Industrial platform has three wells with great depth, which provide the industrial water requirement.
• Buildings located on lands A and B are production/industrial halls.
